Just a quick exhaust question

I started noticing this late in 2008 just around the time I was going to put the car away for the winter.
I noticed that one of the (if not both) heat shields is either coming loose, or just rusting out on me. I can hear it shaking as I'm driving and if this has happened to anyone else then you know this can be a very annoying, and teeth grinding sound.

I have plans of doing a whole new exhaust in the future. But hey I'm a broke College student so give me some slack :)

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to take care of this simple problem.
If I go to an exhaust shop do you think they would do me a favor and just weld it into a secure position? (If I pay of course)

Thanks.

And if you guys haven't seen my "Hello!" in the introduction section I drive a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0 5Speed :tongue3:
Cheers!

Nice to meet you 5PntOhh, and yes a local muffler shop should be happy to take care of it for you so long as there is enough to weld

I would kill For that color but serious people.... need to kill those headlight covers, they look cheesy. Just wait until you can afford some aftermarket headlights, lol it was the first thing that i modded

seems that not many people like the horizontal tailights... they look good, imo makes the car look a bit more ol' school.

Yeah I plan on sticking with the horizontal, as mic_lx stated, it gives the car a little more of an old school look to it.
As for the Headlight Covers, I plan on getting Smoked Headlights in the future, but as I stated before i'm a broke College student, so as Much as I want to dump a lot of money into the car, the headlight covers will have to sufice for now :)
Thanks for all the Compliments, and All of you have very nice Stangs as well!

Cheers!
:)
