Congrats on the purchase man, Im lookin forward to seeing the progress. Its amazing to me that the SN95s are to the point where they need restored. I remember all the hype when the 94s were coming out, seemes like just a few years ago!

yeah exactly im really happy to have one and finally get to enjoy it. My first toy car was barbie sn95 convertable it was maroon. i used to put my GI joes in it and have them do drive by's on eachother lol. that was in 1995(i was born in 1992) Iv grown up around mustangs all my life. and i remember when i went to go get a model to build with my dad and he was like you could get the new mustang that had to be around 1996 1997. It was a bright red 2 door with black interior just like the one i bought yesterday at 20 years old. im so stoked i finally have the real thing and not a toy anymore lol. I mean now its considered an older car and not as sought after but i dont care. Its just crazy to see pictures of myself playing with the toy when that was the latest body style and now i look in my driveway...its a crazy experience man really lol.

One question i have for you guys is. Do you like subscribe to my thread and then i just post the updates on the new things I do with it here. or do istart a new thread updating the new stuff i do?

Its nuts dude but totally worth it lol. I'm 17 and I got my 95 5.0 as my first car and I love it. You can just keep posting new stuff in here as you do more to ya car. Say tomorrow you get new headlights, you could just post it in here thats what the build thread is for so you don't have to go nuts and make a million threads. Any other things you need help with let us know there's a lot of knowledgeable and helpful people on here that really know their chit.

Sounds good guys ill be posting a lot of tutorials. As well. I also want to do super in depth thread on how to do the mark viii swap. With pictures of exactly where everything goes. almost wire for wire hose for hose. There really isnt a super in depth on that awesome swap lol.

Well It turns out i lost the car. Dude wont reply and the title issue never worked out. It was a for sure deal. and then he started saying a bunch of different things. at first he told me it was last registered in colorado. then we went to the dmv and they said it was titled in maryland. but we ran out of time and now he's getting ready to deploy overseas. Man this sucks

im so upset. but oh well im looking another 96 to add to my stable. It just turned out that he wasnt straight up with me about it and i just decided to abandon it all. it sucks i had to call my bank and tell them to withdraw all the paperwork i did when he said the title was on its way.

yeah i just dropped the car off at his house i was like F*** YOU PEOPLE! well i didnt say that to her. I mean im not gonna keep the car if i dont get a title and im not gonna wait another 3 months or whatever for this guy to do it so i just said here have it back. at least i got to rip up my neighborhood for a couple weeks in somebody elses stang haha. yeah ill have a different one soon. most likely this week. i found a mint 96 5 speed for 4500 im hoping to talk down a bit.
