Heres some pics of when I dropped in the new engine. I really wish I had taken the time to clean the bay up more but I was in a time pinch and needed to get it done. The car had been in storage for more than a year at this point, uncle sam decided it was time for me to head out for my 3rd all expenses paid vacation to Afghanistan and I really just wanted to get out and enjoy my car.

Little video I made right after I got it running and was still sorting a few things out, did not have the quarterhorse installed yet so it was surging a bit, also was still playing with belt sizes trying to find that sweet spot.

On a side note the old engine ran just fine, but I was starting to get worried about it. 233,000 miles and going strong but with what my plans were I did not trust it to last. I have over 20k on my new setup already.

Well not Sn95 related but my SVO just came out of paint and reassembly! I give props to Wolfes Collision and Auto Center located in New Kensington, PA. They stripped it to metal and did a complete restore on it. I've been pic whoring everywhere. All that is left will be emblem install.

Nice cars. I love SVO's! My dad still has his Merkur XR4Ti and that thing is awesome. I kinda wanna buy it off him but I think I'd rather spend that money on a tranny.

What engine are you wanting to build for the SVO?

Thanks for the compliments guys. I have a spare 2.3 turbo engine for the SVO that I am in the process of building. Its going to get an essy d port head, billet main caps, and a ton of boost. Should be fun.

SLP resonators are long gone, I had dynomax super turbos welded in place of them. I love the tails though so they stayed. Cops were giving me to much grief

I know i have seen this video before on Youtube maybe a few years ago? because i wanted to see a KB on a 5.0. I remember for the shaky cam at the start and you said "hard to film and drive with one hand"
