Just wondering if anyone has put a kenne bell on a 351 swapped mustang... I know of some guys on the web who have put a 393 stroker into a ranger and put a 351 on it... But I wondered if anybody did it for the fox bodies or 94 95? and I figure i can get some decent power with a 351 swap... but I also would like to be able to kenne bell it too!... thanks guys

good god that would have diesel torque power, make sure you soildly reinforce the rear end, no 28 splines no more lol :dancing6:

HAHA no kidding. The first thing I thought was enough torque to pull a tank. I have not heard or seen one though.... I think most people go with a turbo or centri because they already have an abundance of tq. If you find one post it up though I would like to see it.
lol... well my thought was I could do a mild 351 possibly a stroker, and that power upgrade would keep me happy for a while until I could save up the cash to purchase the kenne bell. But I e-mailed kenne bell yesterday asking if they still made a kit for the first gen lightnings since they had a 351 from the factory, today I got an e-mail back and sadly matt @ kenne bell informed me that the kit has been dicountiued for a while now, and you can't modify the 302 kit to fit, he suggested building up a 302 motor and go from there. So looks like I will be going for a 347. But I could find the direct link to the page with pic of that ranger project but maybe you guys will have better luck, I just type into google kenne bell 351 and re-worded it a few times...lol...
