knocking in door panel

I've been hearing a hard knocking inside my driver's side door when i push the power window button and my window is either fully up or fully down. It sounds like the motor continues to turn, and i'm wondering why it's doing this. I replaced the motor less then two years ago, anyone know what i can do??

Could be your gears inside the motor. Is it a Clunking ??

yeah, it makes a clunking sound which really sounds like it's hitting hard
