A friend of mine has offered me really cheap [very cheap] a C+L 76mm CAI, with 3 sample tubes [24, 30 and 42lb] some 24lb injectors, and a spare stock 70mm maf fitted, NOT a modified one.
Having done a lot of reading it seems a cobra ECU would be the ideal as they ran 24lb injectors and both the GT and Cobra both ran 70mm mafs and its the Cobra ECU that works out the difference between 19 and 24lb.
ie: i could run with the 70mm maf and 24lb sample tube and 24lb injectors, but would it be running too rich?
I doubt i could find a Cobra ECU for an auto, are there any auto Cobras??
Will the pms tuner i have be able to sort out any problems, or am i wasting my time, its just that the parts are a real bargain if i can get them working together.

If you have a PMS I wouldn't mess with the MAF now. YOu can tune everything to need with the tuner. You're not gong to peg the stock MAF naturally aspirated. Not even with a hci.

Thats good news, my aim is to be around 300hp eventually, i assumed the afr's would work better with 24's even though they are only 165's, i'm sure i read the 19's are good up to 300, but they are working nearer their limit.
As long as fitting the 24's wont do any harm, i have on order an adjustable fuel regulator and pressure gauge.

Right the 19's will work to 300 hp but are closer to their maximum duty cycle. I would step up to 24's. Your combo sounds solid for a street car.
