being a 750 has nothing to do with an 800. Jets are jets, regardless of CFM. Simply speaking, the car apparently needs alot of fuel, so he's simply jetted the carb up to what you'd normally find in a 800. It's a pretty simple/complicated process, depending upon your understanding of a carb. I've been doing carb 101 for the last 2 weeks with my car, and I've learned ALOT.
