Sooo last night, I was cruising around heading to target to try and find a movie to buy. Me and a buddy were just jamming to some music as we were driving down the road. About 500feet ahead of me, I saw a TA (WS6) pull out onto the street. I didn't think much of it until I got closer to him. He had exhaust for sure but im not sure of the other mods. It definitely sounded sexy as hell though.
Anyways, right when I got next to him, i dropped down to second and just yanked it. We both came up to a red light and rolled down our windows. I knew we were about to throw down lol. Mind you, i haven't street raced in probably a year and a half or so. I am just over the whole street racing thing and dont care to do it anymore. But, i was looking forward to this.
When we pulled up next to each other, I totally knew in my mind I was going to lose, it was a WS6 with a nice sounding exhaust and im sure the mod's didn't stop there. I was just looking for some fun, i didn't care if I lost. So we rolled the windows down, and I told him the car sounded good. He was probably a 30 year old guy and he just replied "hope your fast..." with a smirk on his face. So we both expected him to beat me.
Anyways, i was asleep when the light turned green. He took off a split second before me, but I nailed my launch and jumped on him, getting about 2-3 cars ahead. It was pretty funny because he was way behind me when I finally let out. My turn was coming up so I jumped on the brakes. He just yelled something out of the window as he passed me. I am assuming he lit up his tires because I still believe that car should have left me.
Oh well, I was proud. Im sure he had quite a bit of power on me but to bad he can't launch. I would have probably lost if it was a better driver.
