Which one of my quarter window weathertrips is messed up?

Driver's side: You can see that the little strip seal comes right to the edge at the top of the quarter window, right by the driver's door glass. You can also see it seems to stick out from the car in those uppermost 5" or so:

Now unfortunately you can't see it in this picture, but the strip ends altogether about 5-6" from the bottom, of the quarter window, where it meets the quarter panel at the base of the B-pillar:

Passenger Side: This side is kind of the opposite of the driver's side. At the top of the quarter window, the strip ends about 5" from the top end of the quarter window as shown below. You can actually see the top edge of the glass, and water can pour right in there...it's a pretty good sized gap.

At the back edge of the quarter window, the strip goes all the way to the base of the B-pillar, as you'd expect, unlike the driver's side.

So essentially, neither strip actually appears to be long enough to stretch the entire way around the quarter window. Both of them are about 5-6" short of this, but the one on the driver's side starts right behind the driver's window and falls short at the back of the quarter window, whereas the passenger one does just the opposite--falls short at the top of the quarter window but extends all the way to the base of the B-pillar.

I should note I don't get any wind noise or any leaking from either, which is odd.

So, is one or both or neither strip messed up? I'd hate to have the car rot out from the inside out. I have no idea if there is a water channel or not since I don't get any leaking/noise, but neither of these strips look like right to me. Considering they are different, I know at least one is messed up. To me it looks like the driver's one is the one that's messed up, like it should be pushed in and down towards the quarter panel, but then I'm not sure what's up with the huge gap above the quarter window glass.

Thoughts?

Thanks, I looked around there but they don't have it.

More than that though, I'm curious to know if my qtr. window strips are actually messed up...if anyone else could post a pic/describe what theirs look like, I'd appreciate it.

I would get some clear sillycone, mask off all the areas around it and then have at it. It will hold up but can also be removed if you want too later.

it looks to me like they just fell into the pillar a little. they pull right out and you can just reinstall them. they aren't held by any kind of adhesive. it happens all the time to me. its only there to prevent some water getting between the body and the c-pillar panel. water will just go out the bottom of the c-pillar if it does get in there. nothing to really worry about IMO.
