Springs and shocks in that combo are weaksause. If I were you, I'd score some Koni SA off ebay (500 dollars, give or take 40), just as good as Bilsteins in my opinion. Add a set of H&R race springs, MM full length subframes, MM CC plates, and Panhard rod (really optional, my car handles just fine with out of it) and you have one hell of a combo, for less money even if you do include Panhard. Before all of that however, I recommend a few track days on completely stock suspension, just so you can learn the way the car behaves stock that way you will be able to maximise potential of every part you install after

Yes it is a very good deal.
suspension is fairly complex, but if you want impreoved strength, and vastly improved handleing on the street, the sport box is a very good start. saves you a few hunderd over buying the parts individually.

I believe you can upgrade parts, like the struts if you wish. Call them, they're great on the phone.

Well that was from MM, I was trying to see if stangsuspension had something to compare to.
I want better handling on the street, not a track guy but might take it to the strip eventually. I was hoping this would work for me...

the Sport Box doesnt come with a set of LCA.... you REALLY need a set opf LCAs because that is the weakest part of the Mustang suspension

I mean it is my DD. I run her on the street every so often. I drive on the highway a lot and there is a lot of bumpy and construction here but eventually I want to have this thing put at least 425rwhp out so. It's gotta work ahah. I don't put it on tracks but I like handling. My current setup is Max Speed lowering springs *ebay* and the guy cut them I think. I'm putting my rear sway bar in on Friday, old one snapped. Stock shocks and struts and rest of the suspension is stock... and old... and warn... gay... ahhah

Ya the box is expensive, it's a whole new / better 4-link suspension.

You should start with LCA's and sub frame connectors, springs and shocks/struts. CC plates if you're going low, then take it from there. :)

Well I mean I want to buy a kit not just piece it together. I would feel better that way... ya know?
I mean the MM Road and Track box is what I wanted orginially and I don't mind paying the money if it will be worth it in the long run...

i would get....

MM LCAs
03 Cobra FRPP A-arms
A bigger front sway bar either eibach or ST
Some Tokicos
MM SFCs
MM K-Member Brace
Bump Steer Kit (band doesnt matter, they are all the same)
A Spring Height of your choice (See Lower Spring Database)

*MAYBE a PHB if you have the money

everything (not including the PHB) would be a good set up for a good price
