ok bought this off someone that shouldnt owned a mustang. car had the orginal ac powersteering engine tranny and 9in rear still in place but the wiring harness needs replacing and had to redo the head gaskets cause they didnt torq them down the specs so i started gutting and found some rust here and there so am trying to learn how to do body work so i can do most of it my self and have some one else spray it but here it goes for what i have done with it. as far as what i wanna do with it id like to keep the stock block and stroke it to 408 with some afr225 or an edlebrock topend kit
full mustangs pluse suspenion new springs rollbars front upper and lower arms
kyb's
rebuilt the 3core radiator
msd wires, coil, ready-run dist
tcp subframes with center brace and drive shaft loop
long tube headers not sure brand was on car when i got it
holley SA carb 670cfm
edlebrock intake
edlebrock fuel pump
edlebrock water pump
battery relocate kit
custom 2.5 true dual exhaust to spintech super prostreets out the side before the rear tires
k&n filters


parts in the garage
boss 429hood scoop
ca edition rear deck lid and spoiler
4pt cage
painless wiring harness
theres more just cant remember what else

looks like a great project! can't wait to see update, as i always wanted an older stang to work on

I'm assuming the Mustang Plus suspension you're referring to is the Grab-A-Track setup? I have it on my 67 and I'm fairly happy with it. It came already on the car when I bought it and it rides/handles pretty decently. I've haven't put it through an autocross yet but it's fun.

Nice project, good luck with it.

yup grab atrack couldnt think of it at the time yeah just sits alittle to high for me but gotta finish the DD then itstime for body and paint on the 70 then wiring harness and rollcage engine then transmission built aod eventually wanna take it to the silver state classic

if only i knew how to do body work my self it would have been done since i was out of work for 2years but now that im working gotta save up 5- 10 grand so someone else can do it then itsout with the orginal fmx and in with a built aod and and off to the machine shop for a 408 strocker and afr 225 heads and meth and procharger and built rearend.....come on overhaulin or the lotto :wave:
