Lol Scott that's not what I pictured you to look like. It actually sounds pretty good, I was expecting it to sound awful to be honest (not a fan of un-muffler exhaust).

SUPRISE:wave:!!!

I was afraid it would be just too damn loud to the point that I might open them up 1 er 2 times year but I think because they are after the cats it cuts down on a lot of it. just got the diodes hopefully I can finish this thing up and take her out for a spin tonight.

Took it out for a short drive last night and enjoyed the new sound. Noticed it is running a little richer then it was before, power doesn't feel much different but wasn't expecting it too.

Holy crap I found my new guilty pleasure tonight. UNDERPASSES! I could not help but to goose it as I went under one tonight with them open and it surprised me how much impact it had. I will have to strap the cameras on tomorrow to see if they can catch its impact, and possibly an scared pedestrians....

side exhaust does sound awesome.
You'll like riding next to those big concrete construction dividers too.
As an added grin factor, you can ride next to people on the cell and annoy the piss outa them.

That side exhaust looks and sounds great. Congrats!

Holy crap I found my new guilty pleasure tonight. UNDERPASSES!

That's funny. In the early 80's (I'm dating myself), I went to the Car Craft Street Machine Nationals at Indy with my oldest brother. We were a few cars back from an underpass, where cruising traffic was a little backed up waiting for a light to change. Some guys on crotch rockets were screwing around in traffic behind some of the cruisers (this is bumper-to-bumper traffic), working in a few car-length sized opening, they were revving their engines, popping the clutch to pull the front wheel in the air, and grabbing the brake to stop just a few feet from the back bumpers of the nice cars. But in this instance, they chose the wrong old car to do this too. While the Nova was a "project car", it was clearly the owners baby, and not a car he wanted threatened by this stupid behavior. What he knew, and the bikers did not, was the condition of his cars engine. At idle, it seemed OK. He slipped it into neutral, and revved the crap out of it, at which point it was not only obnoxiously loud inside the underpass, but it smoked like you would not believe! The bikers quickly disappeared into a cloud of smelly, oily exhaust smoke, to the cheers of all the cruisers and spectators around to see it. When the light changed, the bikers turned off, and disappeared. It was one of the best displays I've ever seen.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am that there are NO tunnels anywhere nearby. The underpass will have too do. It should be fun when I get to finally surprise someone with it, I will be sure to update this with the story when I do. Man the light is PERFECT today to go do some shots and I am DYIN to lay my cameras on a nice secluded section of road and do a high-speed pass/drive over to hear it but I am instead about to install a Sirius radio into my dads PRIUS.... Yea want to go play in the open exhaust mustang and stuck in a prius he will never know the love it shows.

A nice Father's Day gesture on your part.

How about a parking garage then?
or maybe at the airport (if you have a big one near you) in a huge parking deck. Usually there's a minium time you can be in the short term garage and not get charged. usually .5-1 hour

A garage... Damn how could I forget that?

Also just realized there is a show this weekend that after its over everyone does burn outs on the side of it for the crowd. Funny because its 2 blocks from the police station, NO safety stuff at all and yet been going on for years. Hoping to get my chin spoiler painted by then as well and decide on my S281 or spoilerless option....
