hope you don't mine me linking to my cardomain page but I am going to post the link on some audio forums as well. Could not find any gauge mounts that I liked, so I am makin my own(go figure huh?). I will keep the construction pics up fer a while after I am done, but eventually clean them up to just show the finished work. Please feel free to ask any questions, by happy to answer them. I hope to do more on them later tonight and tomorrow, hoping to have them ready for paint in the next day er two.

went full digital with multi-gauges from plx designs. Two of them are just out and have a touchscreen, should be cool.

got alot more work done but was having issues getting picks off of my phone to post... Right now it is wet-sanded and ready to be polished. I am hoping to install them tomorrow but I do still need to add some felt on the back where it will more then likely rub on the rubber piece that hangs down from the gauge shroud.

I like it. I'm kind of on the fence about the placement though. I can't see shit through our steering wheels, and its always in the lowest position, directly in the way of those gauges. But different and cool nonetheless

Thanks for the compliments. the angle of these adjust with the colum, and the other advantage of trying to get them down as far as I could was that they face up at you. Even all the way up/down they will still be facing the driver.

Sorry for the shitty cell pic but here it is now, I have better pics but can't upload them to cardomains "newly updated" f'n POS.

Wetsanded/polished, leds/gauges installed as well as the felt that is on the back that you can't see. They fit perfectly in the car I am happy to say. As you adjust the wheel up/down the gauges end up facing you perfectly. Also really happy with how they match the grey/black line on the dash, from the side the look smooth.

I will get pics up as soon as cardomain lets me.......

I had to laugh at the shape as well, but the finished product has me happy.

The first pic is just as I sit in the seat. Like I said as you move the column up/down it moves the gauges with it. It blocks alot of the warning lights but with these gauges I will be able to monitor more things as well as better so I am not too worried about it. Also when they go off it makes a glow from behind the pod and its not hard to look around it to see what was lit up.

The 2nd pic shows the grey/black line that I wanted to save. I wired them up and powered them up briefly to test them but I have not put everything back together to get a finalized pic. I hope to get that done tomorrow but my brother is arriving so it might be delayed. Tonight I am soldering the hrns's for the leds so that they can be easily disconnected as well.

thanks. If I could have found something I like I would have got it but I do also like having something unique that I know nobody else has. Couldn't be happier with how it came out and wouldn't change a thing.
