My new daily driver

I sold my Lightning that I was using as my daily driver and bought this bone stock 01 gt. It's quite the turd but that's why I have a race car lol. I'm going to take it to the track Friday just for fun but I'll be surprised it will do better than a 13.80 on the street tires.

Shorty antenna mod I did first thing when I got it home.

Looks pretty clean although I'm a fan of the darker interior. I bet that car feels like a pig compared to his drag car lol. The car is probably borderline 14s which does get old.

Haha thanks guys. It serves it's purpose. I sold the Lightning so I could buy this and put 7k in the bank. I needed that so I can finish my race car. I loved the truck and didn't really want to sell it, but I would rather drive a fairly nice gt, and have a really fast fox, and It costs a lot of money to run 9's. Here it is for someone that asked for pics of it.

The car is now totally gutted, and all black.

I've had a lot of cars. Yes I had a comp orange mach 1 too. I sold it because it broke the 11.49 time barrier at the track and they wouldn't let me run it anymore without a roll bar, and I felt that it was too nice of a car to cage. And before y'all ask, no it's not my house. I'm working my way through college so I'm still living at home.

13s are slow as hell. thats like owning a new v6 accord right off the showroom floor. hell my car feels slow. hopefully when i get the ysi it will be a different story

It should do 13's no problem. We'll see though, seat of the pants feel is quite different from the track. Feels like
a high 13 car.

I'd say high 13s if you can get off the line for sure, my friends ran low 14s with a horrible 60'
