It will be pretty surprising if you get into the 13's with a fully stock GT. I'm gonna say low 14's if you've got good air and can get a decent hook.

I ran a 14.1 in my NPI 98 gt that only made 219hp to the tires, and this should make a little more. It'll go 13's if I can get any traction in it. We'll see tomorrow.

Spent some time on the paint. It's looking pretty good for a car that hasn't been garaged, ever until I brought it home Monday.

Didn't get to go to the track this week. They closed it to the non racers because of Spring Nationals. Planning on this coming Friday though.

Finally got the track tonight. Best run was a 13.91 with a 1.98 60ft. I didn't have time to do anything to the car, so it was full weight with the exception of the spare tire and jack. I left the carpet and all that in the trunk. Pretty good for a bone stock 01 GT, right down to the factory silencer and paper filter (except for a prochamber midpipe) lol. It didn't help that it was 90 something degrees and humid out. It started raining when I was just about to make another pass so had to call it quits for the day.

not bad! but as a note from personal experience once you start taking your daily to the track it eventually becomes a project :wink: :dontknow: :wink:
