mustangs are cool and all. my cobra has been my dream car since i was seven years old, but a mustang is nowhere near the quality of a european car. now im not hating on the mustang at all but seriously, just look at the interiors. lol, no contest.

and a M series bmw will walk most of our SN model mustangs all day, even with mods. i love european cars, i love JDM cars, imports, domestics, whatever.. i think credit should be given where due. but thats me and everyone has their own opinions.

you sound like another customer who wants this in principle.

if you had the stupid large amounts of money to get to this point, you'd probably, like most, decide you don't want it.
800HP is completely useless on the street
the head/cam you need to get there is going to make you hate the car - loud, shaking, monster
the power is going to be a very fun, but very dangerous on/off switch - you'll be roll racing from 80mph and that's it
it's going to be broken every other week

you want 550-600whp. stock motor. bolt ons. super reliable. no issues. turn the key and go. even with this power level first and second gear are a complete joke.

oh, by the way. I just saved you literally $30K.

I agree with you somewhat.

But I feel like you could run a turbo setup with a good bit of boost and make 800 rwhp without ending up with a car you dont want to drive, of course you would never put the power down unless your doing 80 rolls...lol0

Honestly, in my somewhat light weight SN with a 3600 stall and about 400 rwhp I have trouble putting much power down on the street

I love imports. I will buy one some day as well, I would add some minimal performance mods, why would I want it to tear up the streets, I will always have a stang to rip on. I would just love to have a super reliable, fairly fast, super comfortable and solid European import that is relativity new (2-4 years old). Yes they are heavy but nothing sounds as good as closing a door on a audi/bmw/benz and hearing that nice solid "thud" plus most have super nice exterior and interior styling as well as quite a bit of pep. VS our misslined interior, squeeky, fast, loud, bumpy mustangs.

the WHite M3 Javi posted was me. It was when we were test driving it, we ended up not getting it. My wife couldnt get the manual shifting down, and we couldnt justify spending 54k on a car she couldnt drive.

That being said, It was the nicest all around car I have even driven.
