If it was a standard GT, I'd say just get another, but thats a mystic cobra... I'd try and save it. I mean, I know mystics are the rarest thing ever, but they are cool. I don't think I'd be able to just let one die.

i had 15 feet of room by the time i saw that he was making the illegal u-turn to stop. no matter the size of the tires i had on the car, it wouldn't have done enough. And it didn't rain until after the accident. I'm actually glad the bags didn't go off, i would have probably have been injured then. The front frame rails are completely trashed. I'm just hoping the insurance takes into account the rarity of the car when i get the settlement.

My thought on the next car is going to be either another mystic or buying it back and putting it into a fox and painting it mystic.

the thing is, it was a stock motor out of a markVII, stock tranny with a king cobra clutch, and a stock rear,(my new built rear is going to be done tomorrow actually. :wall: ) stock control arms..it just had tubular front suspension and bolt-ons, and weight reduction.


and Mystikal, what do you need? I'm only buying it back for the motor/tranny and that i would still be able to buy the paint.

in all honesty it's probably not totalled only cause the bags didn't go off. Mine looked better than that, but it was a core support, a/c condenser, left and right fender, bumper,hood, headlight panel things, headlights and foglight brackets, foglights,the horse, bracing, and the airbags. but the frame wasn't bent turned out to be about $16 over the total limit so we just told them not to replace a guard thing under the hood that has the serpentine stickers on it and whatever. and viola not totalled lol

^^ Looks like a bite was taken out of your hood, literally! As I said earlier, the airbags are a HUGE factor when an older car is in an accident. Hopefully its not totalled, I have never seen a SN95 mystic in person, I have seen a termy mystic but not a 94-98 one...
