Well, it has been quite some time since I have been active on this forum...finishing college, new job, buying house...but I'm still around and jacking with my Mustang addiction.

The last time most of you saw this car it was completely different than it sits now...And not by choice  :BangHead: I wrecked it at the track and had to pretty much rebuild and start over...That brings me up to where I am today...I decided to go a little different route with the car (not as flashy on the paint) and just went with a nice, clean black. Ditched all the Saleen parts and went with a Cervini Stalker hood, OEM Cobra front bumper, base model rear bumper, and am still out on what wheels I am going to run (most likely Racestar's 17" x 4" fronts and 15" x 10"rears). Since the motor and trans was out for the bodywork to be fixed, I couldn't just leave it be, so I'll show you the few little changes I made.

I do have a few videos of me I can post if anyone really cares hahaha Nothing crazy, just busting off a few runs on the highway with an R6, Busa, Nitrous 6.0L Camaro and another Turbo Mustang....

The last setup:

Mocking up the new cold side...went 3" diameter instead of the original 2.5"...New intercooler as well (4" thick vs. 2.5")

I have since wired up the standalone and put the fan/radiator/trans cooler in but have been a little lazy on my pictures

Anyways, I'll add more pictures of the progress and hopefully a video of the first startup since the rebuild.

Goal for the car to be back to 100% is March for the TX2k11 in Houston!

Thanks guys! Yeah, needed to step up to the 4" intercooler to be a little more efficient. The last IC was ok for the original turbo (Precision 67mm) but once I stepped up the the PT88 I'm sure it was causing some power loss.

Sweet!

I remember seeing pics of your car here and there. Never knew it was wrecked, glad to see it getting properly rebuilt!

Car looks awesome man. Not sure if you said it, but did you build your own hotside? I have the ebay twin kit on my 91 fox, and so far its a pretty neat kit. But im building a 347 boss block stroker motor for it. I have everything but trying to decide what size turbo and kit I want to run with it. Ive watched your vids a million times of your car back when it was the red and silver. Badass for sure!
