Love the wheels, and I got a monster deal on them and the tires. Only thing is they don't go well with smoked headlights and my tails. So the question is... remove taillight tint and get new headlights, or powdercoat the wheels?

Also, ignore the tree sap and bird shit. Parked under a tree yesterday

how did you tint your tails?

and i say powdercoat them...
The taillight tint is just film... there was a seller on ebay that sold pre-cut kits for our cars, but I don't think he's still selling them.

And as far as powdercoating, I'm looking into what WyoTechMSA did to his... I think that'd be an amazing color with Aztec Gold.

Found a place that will powdercoat the wheels for $185. Question now is how dark I want to go. Anyone have pics of their dark-powdercoated wheels?

Bellevue? haha. They were taken in the parking lot outside my dorm. And actually as soon as the thought of powdercoating crossed my mind, I PMed wyotech. He said that the paint was very expensive, and the application process was really complicated.

I say...tape em off and paint them yourself. As long as you take your time with the prep workk, do several coats, and clear coat they will come out great!
