Problem: Car alarm won't shut off.
Reason: Negative battery cable popped off and reset something (the computer?).
Usual Solution: Use remote key and press unlock button
Problem #2: Remote key is broken, got new batteries still don't work.

Solution:?????????

Please help, it won't even start, I had to bump start it and drive it home 20 miles with the car alarm going off the entire way, and to top that their was beer in the car and I'm underage.

Disconnect the Theft module, located behind the panel in the driverside, inside the trunk and disconnect it for a few minutes.

then plug it back in,if the keyfob wont work after that you will have to reprogram the keyfob. which isnt hard at all.

Ok UPDATE: For some reason the car alarm isn't going off any more when I reconnect terminal. But, the car won't start. Everything turns on, including the fuel pump. I'm pretty sure the car alarm won't disengage, and that's my problem. If I take it out will the car start?

Thanks for replying javi but I don't quite understand where you mean. Could you please try to explain it again?

in the ldriver side of the trunk, behind the panels there is the antitheft module, unplug it and plug it back in, you might need reprogram the key fob(s). also is everything else working good, windows, door locks, instrument cluster?

Ok, I think I know where you mean. I have no clue how to reprogram key fobs, or even what they are.

And yes everything else is working fine.

Fuse #6 is fine :(.

That thing you told me to unplug. Just 2 plugs going into each other right? It's not like a box or anything.
