I've decided to replace my carpet. It's not in that bad shape but it's getting worn and has a few small stains. My current color scheme is the original saddle/black. I'm trying to decide on going with the original color carpet, or go with black carpet. Wondering if anyone had pics of saddle/black interior with black carpet. Also wanted to know what company you went with and your thoughts on it (ease of install, quality of product, etc)

I think saddle/black is sweet. If I had a color that looked good with it, I would def trade somebody interiors.

i ran saddle int with 99 cobra seats (Charcoal, but they look sorta black) for a couple months. everyone pretty much liked it except me since i knew i had the rest for a complete charcoal swap at my house. it did seems to match pretty good.

i would think black carpet would look pretty good. It would be different and break up that saddle look a lot.

I think the black might look good. I think i'm going to order it and do the switch and have my original carpet deep cleaned and i'll save it in case something happens to the black carpet. As for the company... I've heard good things about ACC... anyone here have personal expierence with them or know of another company?

I installed a Med. Graphite ACC carpet about a month ago. I got it from 50 Resto because when I checked with ACC it ran about $50 higher. I dunno why. My cost was $120.00 and it actually came factory direct from ACC...... again, I dunno why. The product looks and works great but the carpet is not as thick as the origginal. Install wasnt too bad but you need to steam/iron out the wrinkles before install. Also, not all the holes are cut out. I laid the old carpet over the new and used a sharpie to outline the outer edges with an extra half inch to play with. THen instead of cutting a hole for the console I cut a slit until it was positioned and then trimmed the excess. It took me a few hours by myself and I've never dealt with carpet before. My best hit would be use a good pair of commercial/construction scissors.

I have seen pictures of the Saddle interiors with black carpet and I didn't like it too much. The tan carpet flows much better than the black does. Plus its tan. Tan doesn't show up mud and dirt quite like black does haha.
