Need Help

Hey guys ever since I bout my 95 gt it has a light on the dash that says THEFT and idk how to fix it. Also the odometer stopped within a little while ago I was told you can't fix it but another mustang enthusiast told me you were....I need to know your thoughts!

Can't help you with the theft light.
