need intake ideas for 90mm MAF

Just picked up a lightning MAF, and I'd like to put together a little home made intake around it.

What size coupler do I need to mate to the oval throttle body on my DOHC motor?

I know I need 3.75" couplers and 3.5" piping to maintain a 90mm path, but not sure what's needed at the throttle body side.

Is there an off the shelf coupler sold for making diy intakes for the 96-98 cobras?
