Black beauties FTW ay, Madstang?

Agreed. If you have a cobra front to go along with them it makes the front end look aggressive.

I don't like black rims
I think (for now) I will take this route, it will fix my problem and look pretty good once done and I can hold off on a complete repaint for another whatever yrs to come.

I actually like it better with chrome wheels than i do with black, but then again I'm not big on black wheels. That looks pretty sick w/ the chrome imo.

Would really like to keep my white rims as they are not too common on mustangs. I don't want to blend in rather stand out. Mustangs in general have been done 100s of time over making it hard to stand out from the norm. If I had the $$ I'd change the color to something not found on many mustangs, I just don't have the funds to do a color swap right.

What are the chances of having the top repainted white and somewhat matching the older white on the car? My guess is slim to none.

Ever heard of color matching? Any good shop can do it. That's what was done on my hood and front bumper as well as the quarter panel when I got hit by a tow truck.

I don't even like white cars, but I think the black top/white bottom looks really neat. I'd do it.

stupid tow trucks!

no doubt. And what's worse is my office is right now to a tow truck place. long story short the one day one of my co-workers takes my parking spot, BAM there goes my quarter panel, sail panel, side scoop, taillight bezel, a little bit of my rear bumper and my right rim (smacked into the curb from the force). Luckily they repaired it all and I was in my car when it happened, the mofo took off like nothing happened and I ended up chasing his ass down the block...

And there lies the problem, finding a good shop. Being some what new to the area I know nothing of the shops around me. I'm searching the net and digging for reviews.

This was brought to my attention on another forum. Shops may be able to color match it now, but what happens when the new color matched paints fades. It may look darker (or dirty) then the rest of the car.
That is a very good point made and something to strongly consider. It's going to fade faster the the old already faded paint is. So in what maybe 3 yrs it's going that change color on my and now way to stop that. I may have to go forward with the black top.

It would be a lot easier if some one could put my white rims on the car I posted with the black top (belonging too rgs).

I like the two tone Paint. I used to have a old MR2 so i am very fond of the Two tone.

My last 2 wasn't 2 tone but you talk about a car that got alot of Attention.

Paint the roof. While you're at it, do the spoiler, tailight bezel and the center section of the hood :p
