Hey guy's I need some advice on front coil overs for my 94 GT.... Last weekend I was in Toronto for the automotive parts swap and scored a brand new QA1 front cross member with A arms 300 Canadian $ :headbang: My question is what front coil overs are you guys running and what should I get? My car is mostly street use with some track time.

It depends what struts you have. Not all coilover sleeves will fit every strut. UPR, Strange, and MMR all make coilover kits that fit most applications. Double check on their websites what struts you can pair them up with. Spring brand doesn't really matter, just make sure you get 2.5" in diameter for the front. Spring length depends on how low you want to go and your application, but 12" is typically a nice length all around. As far as spring rates, 150/175 is very soft. Track time isn't very specific... do you drag race the car or road race it? A good median spring is anywhere from 225-300#.

My Struts are Eibach Pro-Damper. I'll be going to the drag strip a couple of time a year and having fun on windy roads.
