I changed the flywheel about a month and a half ago. In the past few weeks I've had a growing drive line vibration. I climbed under it expecting to find the driveshaft loose. One bolt was tight on the driveshaft. The other three were loose. Also my trans was loose from the bell housing. I only had one tight bolt there as well. I'm shocked the whole thing held together! But never forget that a little thread locker goes a long way! Use it!

I never used any thread lock on any of my driveshaft bolts or my transmission or bell housing bolts. Maybe you didn't tighten them enough?

I use never seize on my bell housing bolts, and a torque wrench on my drive shaft bolts. If they are torqued properly they don't need lock-tite.

I always red loc-tite the driveshaft bolts. It's just generally a good idea. Despite proper torque spec, they can still vibrate themselves loose.
