Hello to everyone, I just signed up today, I have been working on my sons 95 gt for a couple of weeks trying to resolve a starting and running issue. This is a fresh build so it hasn't been tuned.

347 forged eagle Stroker Kit, JE Pistions, AFR 205 Heads, Trick Flow Track Heat, 60lb injectors 75mm BBK throttle body, and MAF,355 Fuel pump, Vortech V1 Supercharger, Custom Comp Cam for this setup, Harland Sharp Roller Rockers, MSD 6a digital, Stock Distributor, (New) Hope this is enough.

The car will start and run rough, if you give it more fuel it will stay running, if you try and rev it, it wants to gag, if you shut it off it will not crank again untill you let it set or disconnect the ground.

I have checked the timing at least 3 times,
Checked fire at number 1, Yes
38psi fuel pressure at the scharader valve
Changed the TPS
Changed the IAC
Changed the Coolant Temp sensor
Changed the TFI
fouled 3 sets of plugs
Checked all my vacuum lines
Checked all my grounds
Battery is fully charged

I' just wondering, I was told a 95 won't hardley run untill you get it tuned, it's not like a foxbody, those guys can drive around a while before there tune. It's like the stock computer doesn't know what to do with the big injectors Throttle body and the supercharger

Please Help
its the tune... i wouldn't keep running it like that especially if it is fouling out the plugs as you don't want to ring wash the motor.

Agreed, you can't just slap on a supercharger and expect the car to run. Get it to a tuner before something bad happens to all your hard work!!!!!

Not that I know much about the 94-95 cars but I am assuming this is why a lot of guys change to the older fox body computers? Easier to tune or something?

Yea, even a Fox won't run 60lb injectors on a stock ECU. Is the MAF matched to the injectors? If not, then no chance until you do a tune.

Not a hole lot of people do it. If the tuner you go to says its easier and to switch to a fox.. It's time to find a new tuner.

well Guys we loaded it up on the trailer and drove the 2.5 hrs to Braselton Ga, to Kurgan Motorsports, Bob is the man, he got it running with in minutes after he hooked it up to his computer, and after he found a bunch of dumb mistakes I made on the engine, everything went well and my son is happy to have his car back after 5 months of working in the evenings and when he could afford to get the parts we needed, we are done. Even though I am and old school guy I have learned alot from these forums, there are to many sensors and variables on the newer engines that makes it impossible without the proper test equipment. I thank all of you for lending a ear and your input on this and other posts, Thanks Donnie (68eleanor)

Well after we got there at about 9:30am, we had a few problems to fix. By the time we were ready to do the first pull it was after lunch, and the temp was 102 outside and 98 degrees according to the dyno computer. The last pull resulted in 492hp on 10lbs of boost.

I want to thank Bob, Wade and Bart for all of there help and knowledge. They are great guys, Also if you are building a car, they have really good prices on all performance parts. There facility is top notch with easy access from I-85 right near Road Atlanta.

Here's a youtube link of the dyno, 4th gear pull

We are sill worried a little about the temp, Its running between 200 and 210 on the highway and in town, It has a 180 thermostat new cross flow radiator and dual fans with shroud, I guess these supercharged stroker motors run a little hotter, Is this where i need to be or should I keep searching for ways to run cooler. Extra note these 95 Mustangs have incredible underhood heat. I am going to wrap these BBK Longtubes to try and help
