97 vert hands down obvious winner to me.

others have extensive mods or too high of mileage. i wouldn't want to buy a KB 01 GT with 90k miles. thats just me though.

for the money, id got the 97 vert.

97 Vert is a definate winner, miles and price make it the best choice

I would question why it needed a clutch at only 40K miles though

Mystics can be had for cheap now. I had mine on the market for $8k (130k miles, few bolt ons) and couldn't get any offers about $6500. A lot of people are the same way, so you should be able to get a good deal on one. As for mine, I've already decided it's not going anywhere. Good luck with your search.
