Well I did it I went and sold the v6 for 2x what I paid. That same day I went and bought a clean 96 gt. 118k on the clock.
The car needed a tensioner, and a belt. It drives really nice. The only thing That bothers me is a ticking noise I hear on the passenger side. It only ticks when its warmed up and under load. I'm Thinking either injectors or tiny exhaust leak. You disengage the transmission and it disappears. The six had a similar yet worse off sort of problem. This video doesn't show it being under load though. No codes, Idles smoother than the six.
It was owned by a pregnant lady. She hardly had driven it and was keeping it in her garage.
