new intake

a buddy is getting ride of his fox, he has a Performer intake on it that i can get but he wants my stock intake to put on his in place of the Performer. would i run into any problems swapping this on right now? my biggest concern is that i currently still have stock MAF and 19lb injectors.

also, this intake came off a fox, will i need any hardware to make it swap on to my 95? i am assuming just an elbow adapter?

Nope...no problems. 19lb will go a long way N/A.

Buy an elbow and throw it on.

your intake wont fit on his car if its a fox and yours is a sn with modifying it

just a direct swap for you but for him your intake wont fit on his, I mean it will fit but it has the elbow built into it and that wont work on a fox set up

hmm, i forgot about that... so correct me if im wrong, i can put his intake on mine with the addition of the elbow adaptor to fit an SN95, and my stock SN intake wont bolt on to his?

what would/could he do to make it fit on his fox? or would it just not be worth it?

Your factory SN95 intake will physically bolt onto his engine, but the way the bend in the upper intake and the throttle body opening/bolts,
it won't work on his car without some mods to his intake tubing, and some sort of throttle body configuration. see if you can find a
87-93 stock upper intake plenium for his car, and a throttle body elbow for yours, and then you're set.
