New Kid on the block

Hey I'm introducing myself, I'm a owner of a '00 3.8. I'm hoping that this forum is a bit more active than a few others, or that people are at least more helpful. Most responses I see around are "get a v8", makes me even that more determined to tune mine up. But anyways, I've had my car for just about a year and some months, here's my list of what I've done so far

AM CAI
8.8 swap
3.73 gears & posi
aluminum driveshaft
T5 swap
SCT X3 tuner

I'm thinking of a dual exhaust setup but I want one that will keep it from sounding ricey. Something low and not too loud until I step on it. Any advice/critiques are welcome

Before I got my cobra, I had a V6 too. I noticed what you're saying happened quite a bit on other forums. That's not really the case here. We like all SN95s and there's a lot of cool sixer guys here. You'll fit right in. Welcome to the community.

Oh wow, nice sound! I wouldn't mind something loud but I'm trying to fly under the radar olice: and since there isn't a day I drive and don't break into the triple digits (Working swing 1st and 3rd shifts) I don't want to announce my presence too much on the highway.

so how long did you have your 6 before you went cobra? I've always said that if I DID get a 4.6 it'll HAVE to be a 4v to people when they tell me get a 8 cyl.

I had my V6 for 5 years. I purchased it in 2007 and sold it in 2012. I figured if I'm going to take the plunge, I'm going to go all out... 4v style.
