Alright guys, the girl is getting new paint in February. For all you detailing guys what do you recommend for wash soap, wax, and a shammy? I'd like to keep it on a medium budget, nothing too extensive. And possibly anything else you might recommend for new paint.

Congrats in the New Paint Job!!!

Here are some Little suggestions from Handz!!!

Wash: Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss is what I use for mostly everything!!! IMO, its the Best!!!

Wax: This all depends on how much you want to spend. The best wax for Under $50 is Chemical Guy's 50/50 Paste Wax. I would recommend using Jetseal 109 as a Sealant under the Wax.

Drying: Shammies are Old News. I prefer using Waffle Weave Microfiber Towels!!! They absorb more and dont scratch like leather shammies. They are cheap and last VERY long. Keep you MF clean and they last years.

So the JetSeal goes on before the wax?

Link me to where I can buy waffle weave MF towels :)

I am about to get ready to wax my new paint after waiting patiently for 90 days. Thankfully it doesn't need to be my daily so it has been garaged safely away from the winter salt/sand mix, hasn't even seen rain yet.

So jetseal and then wax, what about a polish?

so it has been a long 90 days waiting to wax her. Keeping her off the road when it was wet has been nice to keep clean but not driving it has driven me nuts!

Where is the best place to pick up the jett seal and the wax? is that on your site?
