Man, I've lurked this thread but never posted. Just got caught up on the updates. Looks and sounds good! What mufflers do you have? I missed that somewhere.

Thanks! Its got a really basic setup. Mac knockoff longtubes, welded up my own xpipe and a couple of summit bullet mufflers dumped before the axle. Sounds good but a little noisy. May be getting some slightly more mellow mufflers yet.

Noooo way. Come to Iowa, see our roads and you will know what I mean lol. Plus this setup is working pretty good for my launches.

Ha, he is right! I almost tore the convert cross brace off of my car outside of Des Moines on 35 LOL

Whats on the back for tires? 28"? That wheel combo looks sharp by the way!

Worked on a friends T/A this weekend. Getting ready for a head and cam package. Should be a quick unit this year.

I've seen a buddy do cam, longtubes and a new oil pump with the engine in the car, on the lift. Took him like 5 hours to get one of the oil pump bolts in lol.

We did the longtubes with the engine in which was pretty easy compared to our modulars. However no way in hell would I attempt to pull the heads with the engine in the car. Half the engine sits underneath the cowl lol

Absolutely nothing is wrong with an LS. Great motor. I just know Nick has been building a 2v and I thought he gave up on it for a sec haha
