So recently i changed all the plugs and wires and now everytime the car is started and i have the radio on i have like a clicking static. thinking that i didnt have one of the plug wires on all the way i popped the hood and made sure they were all connected, any ideas on why this is happening :dunno:

Any help would be great!

Thanks
Chris

sounds like a bit of the electricity going to the spark is getting to a ground n ur hearing it through the stereo.
not sure how to fix it or why it would be doing that.

do you still have the old ones? if so change them back and see if it goes away. start with what you changed. Eliminate each one untill you find the problem. Maybe it isnt cheap wires, but Faulty wires.

i guarantee it's the wires, they're supposed to have a coating on them to protect from interference with the radio. but once you get into the "performance" wires they tend to do less and less of that :dunno:
