I FINALLY got rid of those cheap Trazano chinese POS tires I got and got my KDW's on the stang now and oh boy! All road noise/vibration issues are gone! They look great too. Fronts are 255/35r18 rear are 275/35r18. Yes I know even more now, Im getting my suspension done next month, Engine will be this winter's project now even though I have like $1000 of parts for it in my room :p. Car is going to be lower 1" in the back and 1.5" in the front with coil-overs, going to look/ride even better!

Nice choice on tires...please get new headlights as well!

Also...a small spacer out back would be good.

Whenever I get to pulling it down when I do my engine swap to put in the new pump, I'll paint it then :p. It has been raining on/off, but the weather looks clear for the next week, might give it a quick clean for the start of my senior year tomorrow :). I sent Maximum motorsports an email for a suspension set-up(front coil overs and everything) for the car, should have it done and lowered by the end of next month, then get the engine assembled over the winter and drop it in come spring. As for the headlights, I will get new ones when I do the engine swap, I have more important things on my list right now than stupid smoked heads :p.

As for these tires, I would tell ANYONE on the fence about them to get these, they ride like a dream and have good bite for a street tire, I never smoked them, just launched at around 2k and they hooked really fast.

Ya, senior year in High school finally, then next year to tech. school to start my journey into the automotive tech. world. Thanks for the compliments, it's slower than it looks :p. It's basically stock except for gears and exhaust and a CAI. I do have lots of goodies for the engine here right now, but I am building a fresh block with the TFS top end.

Did you get the alignment checked when you had them put on? If your old tires rode like crap, it may have been cupping you
were hearing due to a mis-alignment... Wouldn't want to burn through an expensive set of tires faster than you need to.

Old tires were fine when I bought them, but I parked it all winter WITHOUT sitting on stands... needless to say i flat spotted them. Alignment was done 3 months ago to try to fix vibration, didnt work they said alignment was almost already 100% dead on :).

God, After driving it over some rough streets today, these tires REALLY help to quiet the ride down :). On the good side of things for everyone who has been on my case about it, the car WILL finally get lowered within the month now, I am about $500 short of the parts for the suspension :p. Suspension will be: MM front coilovers on a 275lb spring, Tokico Blue Shocks and struts, MM C/C plates, MM Heavy duty non-adjustable LCAs, and for the rear, Eibach pro kit lowering springs :). Should defiantly improve the looks AND squeeky rear control arms.

Should of dropped it instead.
Why? So it looks nice and vibrates worse than a $5 hooker? Ride/power before looks man. I never got that hood/bumper first because I wanted looks, I got it because I smashed the car last winter :p.

I use to have 275s up front but they rubbed alot. I have 275s in the rear and 255 in the front, I will put a spacer in the back eventually, they also look skinny because of how high the car sits :p.
