I bought an oil catch can for my car and plan on running the valve cover breather as well as the pcv 'hole' in the lower intake to it. I am having difficulty deciding on where to mount it though. Since the goal for the engine compartment is to look as 'clean' as possible, I don't want to put it somewhere it looks awkward, so I am just trying to gather opinions here. Shown below are the relative size of the catch can, and pictures of my idea for its position:

I would estimate the catch can is appox 3-4" in diameter, so putting it behind the intake manifold is not very realistic. I also considered mounting it out of sight in the fenderwell and running both hoses to it, but didn't know if that would have any effects on the efficiency of the catch can. Any suggestions of other places, or opinions on my two suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have mine right in the front of the drivers VC, of course I also had a nice mount bracket left over from when I did the coil pack conversion

I just mounted my Moroso vented breather tank last week, and I mounted it to the front crash bar on the passenger side. I have both valve covers tied in together and they run with the A/C lines next to the passenger side shock tower, then route under the frame rail right to the tank.

Hmm.. Yeah I'm starting to like the idea of fenderwell-mounting more and more.
Are there any disadvantages to running a 'T' from the two lines into one, then only one line into the catch can? (plugging the other port off obviously)
That would be simpler having the pass side valve cover breather tube route next to the fuel rail back to the 'T' where the pcv hole tube meets, then one line down to the pass side inner fender..
