ok guys with the 94 going through a remodel...buying the cobra and work slowing down i dont see the 408 getting built this year for the 94...but when i get the car together i really dont want to be as slow as i am lol so i thought about longtubes, underdrives and a cam for now ....

im doing budget shit because i really dont want to go nuts on this engine since i am trying to get the 408 complete ...but i dont think i can take another super slow year so maybe i can shave a little of my timeslips

for headers i am down to 2 choices what do you guys think??

http://store.summitracing.com/partd...908282+4294840126+4294924761+115&autoview=sku

certinly cheap ...but i was thinking maybe these

http://store.summitracing.com/partd...908282+4294840126+4294924761+115&autoview=sku

they are both for a fox since i plan on eliminating the egr....

and does anyone know if my 408 could use these headers?? if so i will look into a better one maybe if i can re-use it ...

on the underdrives i really dont think one brand is better then any other so im not to worried on that ....

but the cam i dont know what i should really go with...i want something that will work with my nitrous without having to do a custom grind any ideas for a mostly stock engine with nitrous and a few bolt ons..

what is it, the e303? you could just slap that in there with some new lifters. probably would give you what you're looking for?

as for headers, I'd go flowtech

imo i don't think you would ever use your nitrous enough to necesitate to buying a cam specifically made for nitrous. I would just go with the proven performance of the e303, I've heard it responds well to forced induction/ nitrous.

a nitrous cam just favors the exhaust side a little. Its not a huge difference between an n/a cam and a nitrous cam so you would be perfectly fine with a nitrous cam even when not using it

try a comp cams extreme energy cam (274 i believe). They are supposed to be good n/a cams and perform well will nitrous also. Maybe get in touch with their tech.
