oversprayed weather stripping removal?

as title states i have overspray on the rubber weather stripping above my windshield and rear window as well. would like to try and remove and clean it up rather than having to buy new weather stripping but i might have to break. anyone have any suggestions of how to get the paint off this rubber or links to where i could buy new weather stripping for the windshield and rear window?

maybe overspray was a little bit of an understatement. . . . it's pretty much an edge all along the rubber that has been painted. tried to pick it off with my finger nail but didn't really work. i'm also scared to use anything harsh on it since it's RIGHT beside my somewhat recently (not so long ago that i don't remember the bill . . .) paint .

mr clean magic eraser no really, hope you can clean it off. My weatherstrip need replaced

i would mask off the paint and try some lacquer on a rag, be careful though

got it off the strip above the windshield, i'll work on the back window sometime soon

if it won't come off you could scuff it up, mask it off and repaint it with Trim Black.

that is definately a good option if all else fails
