Ya man, might as well go for it.thorco3 said:aight, yeah I already know what your talking about. I just wanted to know what you guys used, I guessed it would have been the epoxy. I'm thinking, I might as well mold mine in as well. I mean, heck, I'm working on a spare decklid anyways, it's not like I can really screw it up.
Did you guys fab up a flush mount led and spray a little paint over it for the 3rd brake light. That would be pretty cool. Similar to what they do on a lot of the street rods around here.
the vid's not working for me, all I'm getting is web giberish
on the brake, we were talking about painting it, but the level of stealthness was my painter. he filled in the hole with clear epoxy, and masked off where it shines through. only 2 coats of paint and clear there.
Thank you for the compliment Mr. B.
1996 - ya man it only shows up when the light is on, otherwise it just looks like body panel. O0
Matt and TX - the motor is running great. I'm really happy with how it feels now with 280HP, the suspension put's it ALL to work.
I just need to work out the open-loop idle surges and I'll be all set. Trey - twins would definately be awsome, but we're not sure if that would be streetable. :bunny3: the more research I do, the more I learn that there's more to performance than peak HP. sad - but true.
Darkhorse - it was a combined idea - my painter made it happen.
