Okay so with the 40A #6 installed and multimeter on battery, there is a repeated clicking sound in the driver footwell near the kick panel. I pull the 40A #6 and the clicking stops.

Okay found another draw. Maxi #6. 40A. PCM/Instrument cluster. Pulled that fuse and draw drops to 2.5mA

does the clicking sound like a relay or something else?

It's the electronic flasher. When I pulled its fuse, it stopped. Gonna try the cluster next to see if it has a short.

LMR is sending me a new alternator. Now let's figure out the 2nd issue. That Maxi fuse controls several things. I'll try the cluster, what else is easy to try?

I thought the flasher was the cause? Any chance the mach/premium sound amp is still under the radio?

I just want to make sure you mean that the one under the radio is still installed just not connected?
Correct. No harnesses plugged in. Plus, that's not on the #6 Maxi circuit

Got my warranty replacement alternator from LMR and installed it. No more drain there now. Now, I need to figure out the Maxi #6 pull
