Photoshop pros/wiz needed!

I have been throwin around the idea of doing a color matched bullitt wheel on my Laser Red Cobra vert...I found a laser red gt coupe with bullitts, I just need someone to work their magic and make the centers laser red and leave me the polished lip. Thanks!!
