Not sure if the Crown Vics had them yet in 99. For Some reason 01 keeps popping into my head as the year they went PI but I am getting old and forget where I live sometimes.

Actually you all can skip that comment about the 5.0 PIs...I must have been high that day.

00 or anything better...the 99 gt had 13bolt valve covers and larger threads in the heads for timing cover bolts,also press on cam gears.....the 00+ are a much easier swap and easir to install as well as cheaper/better gaskets...
