pianting wheels help!!!!

well i traded my stock waffle type 16's for some 2000 gt's that were painted black, they needed touching up so id figure id buy touch up paint and i think i messed it up even worse. is there way for me to repaint them without taking them off the tires?

you could repaint them with the tires still mounted, however, it will be a much better quality job if you have them dismounted for the time
being
