The ecoboost is one of the best trucks on the road. I know plenty of people who daily both stock and heavily built ones with no issues.

You must of gotten one that had been beat on by the previous owner or something.

I got it brand new, had 179 miles on it, that is because it was shuttled from grand rapids to saginaw.
I must be used to the truck I had prior which was an 03 F150 lariat with a 5.3 turbo, that thing would move...
had a little calvin pissing on ecoboost sticker in the back, that got me alot of races... never lost to one, just a 6.2 bourbon on the Eway, and not by much, .5 length maybe.

no sir, I was correct in my initial statement.
it was an 03, the 3.5 was not available until 10 or 11 I believe.
it was a 5.3 SOHC triton V8 turbo

yes, it was a rear mount 78MM turbonetics hurricane lettie
12lb boost, fully tuned, intercooled and full of badassery... took it from a stock 17 sec QM turd to a low 14 sec turd

It feels like it's taken me forever to get this car done
I can really only work on it for about 3 hours a day
By the time I get home from work just dragging ass
Weekend really busy with all kind of things
So I do try to pick my time at it
I'm only human not a machine or robot , that's what I say to those who ask it's not done yet
Plus I take my time with it

The odometer just hit 50k this week. It was cherry. Literally had one blemish on the tailgate. It was damn near perfect inside and out.

Frame is untouched

The cab is rolled under and buckled above the center support of the passenger doors.

Have you tryed rolling it back out or pulling it out

The truck was towed to the insurance yard for review, so I haven’t touched it. It appears that it’s going to be a total loss. In Nevada they consider vehicles a total loss when the damage exceeds 65% of the value. Initial estimate to repair was $12,000.
