Power window swap

Has anyone ever swapped power window components into a manual window?
The passenger door on my 96 is trashed. And I picked up a perfectly straight with no dents replacement door at a pull a part. It looks like a pain in the ass. And I know there is some tension on the mechanism.

swapping the assemblies isn't that big of a deal, finding the door panels if it doesn't come with some will be.
