Power Windows

Ok so my driver nor passenger side window works!

I can hear the motor turn on when I hit the button, but it does not put the windows down or up.
Was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem or heard of it?

The only noise is the window motors turning on and trying to push the windows up but they just wont come up, I can pull the up while pushing the button and its almost like the motors are not strong enough to get the up.

sounds like you just answered your own question "its almost like the motors are not strong enough to get the up", it is in fact exactly like that, they have simply grown weak over the years of use. time for new motors.

not so sure why that got you excited that you couldn't keep your hands off of yerself, you might want to talk to a dr about that.....

i would check your bushings first before buying new motors. most likely the problem and it is a cheap fix. check out the how-to section stickys for a detailed write up

Just repack the bearings and go. Don't buy new motors, its a waste.
