Possibly unrelated, but I went to get my car inspected today, and after I left, when I turned on the A/C, it will only blow to the windshield/defroster. Cannot get the air to come out the vents, or to the floor. Is there a vacuum line that may have gotten disconnected from the drivers side where the jerky inspector got in and hooked up the computer? Did I blow a fuse? It's hot. Please help.

It could be broken somewhere along it too. with heat and age the tubing is very brittle. I used heat shrink tubing for the repair. It's about the size of the ink cartridge inside of a bic pen

No haven't had time. Actually just posted another thread cause I don't really know where to start looking - Took a quick look down there (driver's side) the other night and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Unfortunately I threw my back out last week and am in no shape to be contorting myself under the dash. And I just got a new radio that I'm itching to install. If I can sit upright for that long. Getting older sux.

the line that's broken is probably under the hood along the FW not inside

And also there is a yellow vacuum line with what looks somewhat like a suction cup right behid the a/c controls, that plugs onto the lil black motor lookin thing in there..Thats where my problem was. I did the firewall hose too but it stil didnt work until i reconnected the Yellow hose. Once you get in there you will see what I am talking about
