Here is a Test panel they painted and sent me a Picture.

and here is my color compared to a Lexus

Then I was like "I wanna see this in person to take my own photos and see it for myself" so I went to the shop n here is my photos to show you all better.

This is just the inside of the trunk, its not finished but its pretty helpful when trying to imagine what the outcome of the car will be like.

Well thats it for a while. I'm gonna be going back to work tomorrow and it will be a month before Im back home. The stang should be back to me by then. I will keep this build thread updated as soon as I am updated. I know I got that radiator and the rad stays to put in along with new hoses, tstat, Drilled n Slotted Rotors and new pads all the way around so i will try to put up some more pics when i do all that.

wow i have no words for that paint! thats a epic color, plus its real hard to make white "pop" and for people to say DAYUMMM LOL alot of people dont like the color because its "bland" but i think you have hit the tip of the point with this color

Thats what I was going for was a simple color that stood out from the pack. Exactly as you said white is seen as bland but I like to spice things up a bit so I told my painter that I wanted the brightest white he could find, i told him I wanted to be glow in the dark, you gotta have sunglasses on to look and ontop of that I wanted a pearl in it. so we went with This super bright diamond ice white with a Lexus Pearl.

I had always liked the White diamond paint that cadillacs and lexus' have but those were always too off white, beige or creamy for my likings, so I got creative and this is what will be the result.

yeah i agree, i like a real bright and shiny white. I dont like a off white or creamy at all. Did you see the ford edges white? I LOVE IT!!! i had a 93 coupe as a project and i was going to paint it that same color

Yeah a quick google search showed that edge is pretty clean. No pearl or sparkle but it is super white I must admit. looks good.
another reason i went with this color was that i always see ford cars with no metallic colors or anything but staight color with gloss. I was kinda bored with that. I wanted to stand out like i said.
I see lots of folks build up their engine all ridiculous which is totally cool but me....I build the engine badass, and the interior, and keep my a/c, and put a dope a** sound system and stuff. I want a fully funtional muscle car with a good amenities package hahaha.
I have some friends that are in lowrider car clubs and they got candy paintjobs and lambo doors and 24" rims. I even got one friend who has a Gucci interior. I told him yesterday the only thing he was missing from his car was a chandelier. hahaha. Anyway Im into cars in general even tho mustangs are my favorite, i wanted to throw a good mix of flavor into my build and thats what I plan to do. as soon as the paint n body done, Im looking to buy an MMR Streetmod 600 drop that and a new trans in. make sure my suspension, a/c, rear end, clutch all that mechanical stuff is on point cuz i want a safe and reliable, comfortable fun to drive car, then im working on interior, sound system, lighting and accessories, the works. Im really looking forward to having fun with this project. so far I have and Im sure I will continue to.

hmm go look at it in person if you happen to see one, it has tons of metallic like the tuxedo black (sexy) but i agree, i want all my cars to have radio, AC, heat and everything else, hell my 600hp cobra has all that and passed emissions with flying colors

i like the idea you have though, you want a clean badass car but it wont be a headache to drive. just start it up and cruise

Thanks man, I really appreciate all the comments. I have wanted a stang since I was a kid and was finally able to get one, so I dedicated all the work, sweat, blood, income ect. to it this year in hopes that I too, can have a bada** stang.

Exactly! and see here in cali, our emissions are the worst. I was in Jersey the other day and I got a roadside smog check but still, they just had me rev my engine and looked on my dash for a check engine light. this was also a freightliner I was driving, but those eastern states are a breeze compare to CA. alot of people here, get funny smogs but i dont want to because someday those smog guys get caught then i have to be putting my car back to stock to pass every 2 years. its senseless.

as far as the edge...if/when i have time i'll take a look. and thanks, i try to think about it bit by bit and get things done properly to acheive my goal.

And your a lucky bastard too. hahahaha. thats really the only thing I hate about cali, oh and that we cant have any cool guns...or fireworks, or nunchaku.....ect.
aside from that I love it.

anytime I get east of the mississippi, I always say to my self "It feels like sex outside" for 2 reasons.....1 it is hot, and 2 it is wet. i much more accustomed to being a lizard in this desert. hahaha.
