What's up everyone, I didn't want to make this thread until I had all of my parts on hand and ready to go. Before I work tomorrow, I'm going by my machinest shop and picking up my heads. I've been collecting parts for about 2 years on and off for my PI swap. Here we go.
-ATK/SPARTAN remanufactured NPI 2v 4.6L short block w/43k miles.
-Ford PI intake manifold w/coolant mod-New
-C&L intake plenum-New
-Accufab 75mm throttle body- purchasing next week.
-2006 Romeo 2v 4.6L PI heads decked .030, factory exhaust valves, factory intake valves decked .040, Viton valve seals, PAC valve springs. Heads had 33k miles before I pulled the engine apart. Very lightly home ported and CC'ed by me, leak down was done by Randy my machinest when he performed the 3-angle valve job.
-MHS Gen2 Stage2 cams 224/226 - .555/.535 - 110/113 centerlines - 111.5+1.5 LSA-New
-ARP cam bolts-New
-Trick flow adjustable crank gears-New
-Ford factory head changing kit, head gaskets, exhaust gaskets, TTY head bolts-New
-Ford steal chain tensooner and guides-New
-Ford Motorcraft spark plug wires-New
-Ford Motorcraft spark plugs SP-432-New
-Elderbrock high volume water pump-New
-Mishimoto 2 core radiator-New
-Ford 170° thermostat
-Steeda aluminum clutch quadrant-Already installex on car.
-Steeda adjustable clutch cable-Already installed on car.
-Ram OEM clutch kit.
-National Throw out bearing, pilot shaft bearing,
-t45 input shaft bearing, output shaft bushing and seal-New
-Stifflers transmission crossmember-New
-Ford Motorcraft t45 cobra spec transmission mount-New
BBK Long tubes- purchasing next week
BBK x-pipe- Already installed on car
Flowmaster 44's cat-back- Already installed on car.
I'm sure I've forgotten something else, but it will come to me in time.
