I just purcahsed windsor cnc ported heads with oversize stainless valves, 600 lift springs and cnc stage 2's heart shaped chambers i think 44cc.

And im trying to figure out what cams would be safe to run, so any types of cams you guys recommend?

These are two sets of cams i have been looking at.

My real big concern is that I want to be 100% no worry about the PTV clearance, just incase the springs arnt really 600 lift springs...is there any way to check if they are?

Any help is appreciated thanks

Why don't you contact nick at MSH and let him know what your setup is so he can custom grind you a cam to get the max HP from your application. He has a new set out that are the cheapest 2V cams out i have ever seen.

I think a custom grind is out of my price right now I'm just looking for a the specs so I don't buy a cam with to big of lift so I don't have PTV clearance issues

idk about mod cars but in the LSx world a custom grind cam is usually as much as an off the shelf. you just have to wait a lil longer. but id still contact nick bc he will recommend off the shelf grinds as well..his or others

but back to the subject. ive only seen a handful of ppl have PTV issues with the cams above..make sure there degreed

I sent him a email I think his stage 2 cams are Lookn pretty good but ill see what he says. Do I have to degree the cams? The motor is still going to be in the car when I install the heads is it even possible to do so?
